Refund policy

If you have received an item but you are not completely satisfied, you have the right to exchange or return it within 30 days.

There are, however, a number of exceptions to this (in accordance with Article 10 (8).

The following items may only be returned if the package is sealed and unopened.

• All sex toys, including vibrators, and dildos
• Catsuits, stockings, and tights
• Wigs
• Thongs
• Condoms, pills, lubricants, and creams

Sex toys can only be returned if the packaging of the item is still sealed.

 

Do you have a new sex toy but are you still not completely satisfied? Then it applies that it may only be returned if the product is in its original packaging and has been sealed.

Do you want to return a product? Then check whether the product can be returned in accordance with our conditions. Then check if it is still in the original, sealed package. Can your product be returned? Please send an email to info@yourperfectmoment.nl.

Is your item defective? Then you need to report this as soon as possible to YPM team. You can do this by sending an email to info@yourperfectmoment.nl.
